Our Schlossweine, as basic wines, come exclusively from our own officially classified vineyards in Erbach and Hattenheim, thus forming the cornerstone of the range and are, without exception, cultivated by ourselves. Delicate and finessed with aromas of mirabelle plum, peach, some citrus and a slight spiciness, form the basis of this perfectly balanced Kabinett. Its balanced sweetness and acidity ratio and mineral structure complete the taste experience and make this wine a great companion to Asian dishes.

… has been the guiding principle of Schloss Reinhartshausen for centuries. So we start where some others already stop. It’s just as simple as it sounds, though no less labor intensive. Our vineyards are cultivated with a lot of heart and soul, qualified expertise and last but not least a lot of manual work and are without exception self-managed. From healthy, ripe grapes becomes the best wine, the best ambassador of its origin. After gentle, selective hand harvesting and soft pressing, the quality that comes from the vineyard is merely preserved and shaped out in the cellar. “Top quality through controlled idleness”.
